elopement photo PROCESS
1. PHONE CALL. We'll chat about your story, your dream wedding day, and get to know each other a little bit. I'm happy to share my location recommendations.
2. BOOKING. Choose a date and package. I'll send over a contract with package details and info for you to sign. After you sign and pay the 50% non-refundable retainer, we're all booked!
3. PLANNING. Each elopement is custom. I head the photo planning process and help any way I can to make the planning stress free for you. After many elopements all over CA/NV/OR, I have lots of info to provide if you need it.
4. ONE WEEK PRIOR. I'll send you a finalized timeline, logistics plan, and backup plan. I often scout elopement locations and will send photos.
5. DAY OF. We'll meet, celebrate, shoot, you'll get married. Laughs and movement and champagne and great views will be shared. After the festivities, I'll send 10 Preview Photos.
6. THREE - FIVE WEEKS POST. My team and I edit, develop, and scan all photos in-house. We collaborate to provide a diverse final gallery that invokes emotion and memories with true colors and mediums ranging from digital, drone photos, GIF videos, and 35mm film scans (color and black and white).
7. OPTIONAL PHOTO DELIVERY. I love to get together for coffee or drinks to deliver 10 Archival Prints, relive the day, and continue celebrating love, life, and new friends.
